Ha Tinh - On the morning of October 31, heavy rain caused some roads in Ha Tinh to collapse, causing traffic congestion.

According to information from the authorities of Ky Anh commune, due to the impact of heavy rain, the Dong - Trung route connecting the North - South expressway to National Highway 1 through the old Ky Giang commune, now Ky Anh commune, was eroded, causing hundreds of cubic meters of rock and soil to overflow, blocking the road. The landslide made it impossible for people and vehicles to travel on this section.
