Accordingly, the delegates elected Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council. Elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha - Secretary of the Party Committee of Thuong Duc Commune to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Elected Mr. Ho Huy Thanh - Secretary of the Party Committee of Ky Xuan commune to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Provincial People's Council also elected additional members of the Provincial Party Committee including: Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Viet Hai, Chief Inspector of the province Nguyen Thanh Dien, Director of the Department of Science and Technology Le Thanh Dong.
