National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has signed Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee regulating personnel work in provinces and cities.
Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved the results of the dismissal of Mr. Bui Van Nghiem from the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Vinh Long province for the 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Bui Van Nghiem was transferred, assigned and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
The National Assembly Standing Committee approved the results of the dismissal of Ms. Le Thi Thuy from the position of Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term from February 19 to take on other duties.
Previously, in early February 2025, Ms. Le Thi Thuy was appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also approved the results of the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai from the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Ca Mau province, term 2021 - 2026, to take on other duties.
In January 2025, the Politburo transferred, assigned and appointed Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai - Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee - to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Also related to personnel work, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh signed Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee approving the election results of Mr. Doan Ngoc Hung Anh, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City, term 2021 - 2026.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also approved the election results of Mr. Phan Hoang Vu - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ca Mau province - to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ca Mau province, term 2021 - 2026.
