Le Chan District has just announced decisions on the arrangement of the apparatus and personnel work.
According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Lieutenant Colonel Duong Quoc Tuan, District Party Committee member, Commander of the Le Chan District Military Command, was approved to join the Standing Committee of the Le Chan District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
The Standing Committee of the Le Chan District Party Committee decided to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc, member of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Director of the District Political Center, to hold the position of Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
The district merged the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to establish the District Department of Home Affairs; appointed Ms. Pham Thuy Uyen to the position of Head of the Department.
The Economic Department and the Urban Management Department are merged into the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department, Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan holds the position of Head of the Department. The Department of Culture, Science and Information was established on the basis of renaming the District Department of Culture and Information; Mr. Nguyen Trong Dai held the position of Head of the Department.
The district also decided to merge Hoa Mai Kindergarten into Hoa Lan Kindergarten to form Hoa Lan Kindergarten. Ms. Luong Thi Lien, Principal of Hoa Mai Kindergarten, holds the position of Principal of Hoa Lan Kindergarten.
Up to now, through the arrangement of Le Chan district, it has completed reducing 1/5 of the District Party Committee's specialized service consulting agencies to 4 agencies, equal to 20%; reducing 2/12 professional departments under the District People's Committee to 10 agencies, equal to 16.67%; reducing 1/15 of the district's kindergartens to 14 schools, equal to 6.6%.
