The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on rewarding collectives and individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister.
The decision clearly states: The bonus according to regulations for 3 groups and 19 individuals will be awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister.
Bonus level: 16,380,000 VND/ colony; 8,190,000 VND/individual.
In the list of individuals awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister, there is Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee (former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Bac Giang Province).
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong was born on October 29, 23.7. Professional qualifications: Hanoi Law University (major in Law), Hanoi Open University (major in Business Accounting), Master of Law; Senior political theory qualification.
Before being elected as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee (old), Ms. Huong was a member of the Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Inspection Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The condition to be awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister is that you have been awarded a Certificate of Merit by a Ministry, Department, Branch, Province and have been continuously for 5 years or more until the time of application to be recognized as having completed the task well or better, during which time you have been awarded the title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level" 3 times, based on the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022.
