Authorized by the President, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to 10 individuals and Hung Yen Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to 16 individuals.
