On the afternoon of January 18, the Central Working Delegation led by Comrade Nguyen Duc Hai - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly - visited and presented gifts to poor households, policy families, workers in difficult circumstances and adopted children of the Thuong Phuoc International Border Gate Border Guard Station (Hong Ngu district, Dong Thap province) on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.
At the gift-giving ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly sent greetings and New Year greetings to the cadres, soldiers and people of Dong Thap province.

On this occasion, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai presented 20 gifts to policy families, each worth 2 million VND in cash and one gift; presented 40 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND in cash and one gift; presented 10 gifts to adopted students of the Thuong Phuoc International Border Gate Border Guard Station, each worth 1 million VND in cash and one gift.
