On September 10, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the 19th tenure (2020 - 2025 tenure) held the 79th Conference chaired by Provincial Party Secretary and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quan Minh Cuong province.
The conference was attended by officials who are members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and members of the Subcommittees serving the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The conference focused on discussing and giving opinions on personnel preparation, election work, draft political reports, programs and scenarios for the Congress. Contents related to propaganda, celebration, logistics, service and security were also discussed and agreed upon.
According to the plan, the 20th Provincial Party Congress will take place for 3 days, from September 15 to 17, 2025 at the Provincial Convention Center. Up to now, the Subcommittees have completed most of the work, ready for this important political event.
In his concluding remarks, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Minh Cuong highly appreciated the proactiveness and responsibility of the Subcommittees and affirmed that the preparation work had been basically completed.
He requested to continue to complete the final tasks, and at the same time organize a launching ceremony to protect and carefully prepare the celebration activities, ensuring the Congress takes place solemnly and worthyly.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision to retire under the regime for Ms. Nguyen Bich Ngoc, former member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, former Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
