On June 25, a source confirmed that Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee submitted a petition to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee requesting early retirement.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha also submitted a petition to the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council requesting consideration of not allowing him to participate as a delegate of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha (born in 1965), from Binh Dinh province, used to work at the Department of Commerce and Tourism of Dak Lak.
Mr. Ha has also held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, Deputy Secretary of the Ea Kar District Party Committee, Chairman of the Ea Kar District People's Committee and has held the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee since January 2016.
Previously, at the end of October 2024, the Central Inspection Committee held its 49th meeting to review and propose disciplinary action against many party organizations and party members who violated.
At the meeting, the Central Inspection Committee found that the Party Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee for the 2016 - 2021, 2021 - 2026 terms violated the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations; lack of responsibility, lax leadership and direction in organizing the implementation of the Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Investment Project, the section avoiding the East of Buon Ma Thuot city; as well as in implementing a number of solar power projects, wind power...
Responsibility for the above violations and shortcomings belongs to many key officials of Dak Lak province.
Considering the content, nature, extent, consequences and causes of the violation; based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Committee has decided to take disciplinary reprimand against many individuals. Among them, there was Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
