The Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent a notice to press agencies about organizing the groundbreaking ceremony, launching and inauguration of works and projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Accordingly, implementing the plan dated August 15, 2025 of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province on organizing the inauguration ceremony, starting construction, and launching projects and works to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); The Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province announces the time and location for the groundbreaking ceremony, launching and inauguration of project works as follows:
1. Gia Binh International Airport Construction Investment Project. Time: 9:00 a.m. on August 19, 2025; Location: In Gia Binh Commune, Bac Ninh Province.
2. Investment project to build campus 2 of Hanoi Law University. Time: 8:00 a.m. on August 19, 2025. Location: Training management facility in Bac Ninh of Hanoi Law University, Dong Nguyen ward, Bac Ninh province.
3. Bac Giang High School Facilities Construction Project. Time: 8:00 a.m. on August 19, 2025. Location: Bac Giang Specialized High School campus, Hoang Van Thu street, Bac Giang ward, Bac Ninh province.
4. Project of the Center for Training and Development of student skills. Time: 8:30 a.m. on August 19, 2025. Location: Project of the Center for Training and Development of student skills in Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh province.
5. Que Vo Hillview Social Housing Project. Time: 8:00 a.m. on August 19, 2025. Location: Que Vo Hillview Social Housing Project in Nam Son Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
Notably, the Gia Binh International Airport project and the route connecting Hanoi Capital have a scale of more than 1,964 hectares, invested according to 5-star standards, aiming to become one of the 10 most modern airports in the world.
This project is expected to create a strong driving force to promote the socio-economic development of Bac Ninh province and neighboring areas, especially the capital region, while contributing to reducing the load on Noi Bai airport.
