On December 4, 2024, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 1507/QD-TTg approving the List of members of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Innovation and Development.
Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc is the Head of the Steering Committee.
Minister and Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son is the Standing Deputy Head of the Committee. Mr. Nguyen Canh Viet and Mr. Bui Hong Minh are the specialized Deputy Heads of the Committee.
Members of the Steering Committee include: Ms. Mai Thi Thu Van - Deputy Head of the Government Office; Mr. Nguyen Duc Tam - Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment; Mr. Cao Anh Tuan - Deputy Minister of Finance; Mr. Tran Tien Dung - Deputy Minister of Justice; Mr. Le Van Thanh - Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Mr. Truong Hai Long - Deputy Minister of Home Affairs; Mr. Hoang Trung - Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Le Minh Ngan - Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Pham The Tung - Deputy Minister of Public Security; Mr. Pham Quang Dung - Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.
In addition, the Steering Committee members include: Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Mr. Nguyen Hong Son - Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee; Mr. Phan Van Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Canh - Vice Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises; Mr. Ha Minh Hai - Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Mr. Ha Minh Manh (full-time member); Ms. Le Thanh Van - Director of the Department of Enterprise Innovation, Government Office.
This Decision takes effect from December 4, 2024; replacing Decision No. 1140/QD-TTg dated September 27, 2022 of the Prime Minister on appointing members of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Innovation and Development.
The Steering Committee is responsible for assisting the Prime Minister in orienting strategies and solutions to reorganize, innovate and improve the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises; developing enterprises of other economic sectors; and converting public service units into enterprises.
