After inspecting the reality and listening to the report on the implementation of the two projects above, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of relevant entities: Ministry of Health, Project Management Board, contractors, 2 hospitals, Ninh Binh province, ministries and branches.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long assessed that the results achieved so far are relatively clear, seeable, Qualitative, and have progress compared to the previous inspection.
Although the results are positive, to achieve the set progress of putting the project into operation by November 30, 2025, there is still a lot of work to do, "not just having walls, houses, lighting... is enough, but many things are needed, just a gas pipe is missing and cannot be operated". Therefore, if there is no determination, no high focus on intelligence, human resources, initiative, and enthusiasm, it will not be done.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that due to the long suspension, the problem arising is natural, there are installed equipment but left it unused for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to point out difficulties and problems to find solutions.
"If we are determined and sit down together to discuss solutions based on the current situation, for the common good, transparency, promoting responsibility, not for profit, we do not have to hesitate," the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the responsibility of the advisory agency and the project management board.
The Deputy Prime Minister suggested that before July 20, the Ministry of Health must have a report to the Prime Minister stating the groups of tasks, difficulties, problems and solutions. In the immediate future, the contract adjustment must be approved soon. Implement the completion of fire prevention and fighting work. The Ministry of Finance must have feasible solutions on payment mechanisms so that contractors can soon have money to implement the project. Contractors are trying to overcome difficulties to speed up progress.
