On the afternoon of June 29, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh inspected the preparation for the operation of the two-level government model in Binh An commune and Rach Gia ward, Kien Giang province. Leaders of An Giang and Kien Giang provinces accompanied the working delegation.
At the two survey points, the Deputy Prime Minister praised the localities for their careful preparation of facilities and offices, and the staff were all in a ready spirit. The Deputy Prime Minister also encouraged the spirit of civil servants and public employees to try to operate the new government, study new decrees, new laws, decentralization of power to provinces, communes and wards, and to do a lot of research to perform their roles properly, methodically and quickly from July 1.

The Deputy Prime Minister also emphasized that the important issue is digital transformation, everything is solved by information technology, wherever people are, administrative procedures must be resolved there. The province must provide training and programs to popularize technology to the people, so that people know how the public administrative service portal is, and when it is used in the fields, it will be resolved quickly.
The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that the transportation and preservation of documents must be very strict, not to let them be lost or misplaced, especially land records and projects of the people. The policy for cadres applying for retirement must be resolved quickly and promptly, not leaving any backlog.
"Regarding the use of information technology, virtual assistants for work... if there are any problems, promptly report to the province and the province to the Central Government for resolution. Every week, the Provincial Chairman has to meet with communes and wards to see what is done well, what is still limited and has problems, and report to resolve them, the Deputy Prime Minister suggested.

Since July 1, operating under a new model, with many new regulations, new methods, new styles, cadres must be close to the people, close to the people and must focus on solving work for the people, proactively helping the people, serving the people, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
