On the afternoon of July 21, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1945 - July 27, 2025), Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, and policy families in Thanh Hoa province.

Accompanying him were Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh - Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, representatives of leaders of central ministries and branches and leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.
During the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to the mothers of martyr Ha Thi Boi (Dong Cha residential group) and war invalid Pham Van Cau (Song village, Cam Thuy commune). At the families, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh kindly visited their health and lives, and expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers and policy families in the cause of national liberation and national defense.

Next, the Deputy Prime Minister and the working delegation visited war invalids, war invalids and relatives of meritorious people who are being cared for at the Sam Son Meritorious Nursing Center and the Thanh Hoa Province Meritorious People Care and nurturing Center. Here, the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his deep gratitude for the losses and sacrifices of the wounded and sick soldiers for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
The Deputy Prime Minister hopes that the staff at the two centers will continue to wholeheartedly care for both materially and spiritually so that the wounded and sick soldiers can ease their pain, live happily and healthily.

On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and the working delegation presented many meaningful gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, and relatives of meritorious people at care and nursing centers in the area.
