With a deep sense of gratitude, Quang Tri province is actively implementing the Project to support the construction and repair of houses for people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives, demonstrating the concern of the Party, the State and the whole society for those who have made many contributions to the Fatherland.
According to the Department of Construction of Quang Tri province, the total number of houses needed for support under the project is 2,374 units, including 342 newly built units and 2,032 repaired units. The total estimated implementation cost is up to 95.160 billion VND, mobilized from the central and local budgets. The completion time is set before August 2025.

In particular, the first phase lasting until April 30, 2025 focuses on completing the allocation of capital to the commune level, while implementing support for new construction and repair for eligible households. Phase 2, from April 30 to July 27, 2025, is the stage to speed up the implementation, completion and inauguration of new houses. Phase 3 is the acceleration phase, implemented from July 27 to August 30, 2025, with the goal of completing 100% of the planned houses. Phase 4 is the phase of summarizing, reviewing, supplementing the missing documents and comprehensively completing the project by the end of 2025.
Mr. Hoang Nam - Acting Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province emphasized that supporting the construction and repair of houses for people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives is a program of profound humanitarian significance. The program was implemented at an important time to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution on August 19 (1945 - 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on September 2 (1945 - 2025). Showing the concern and care of the Party, the State and the whole society for the families of meritorious people with the desire to express gratitude for their great contributions to the homeland and the country, while contributing to helping families stabilize their lives.

To implement the program on schedule, the provincial leaders require the implementation process to be flexible, not rigidly waiting for the completion of all new construction procedures. Households that basically meet the conditions will be implemented immediately. At the same time, localities must actively remove land obstacles, mobilize local forces to help dismantle and build houses, and support households in special difficulties. To ensure financial resources, Mr. Hoang Nam also requested the Department of Finance to clearly guide the process of advance payment, payment and settlement of funds, facilitating localities to be proactive in implementation.
The program not only brings a solid home to thousands of policy families but also demonstrates the nation's morality of "Remembering the source of drinking water", contributing to warming the hearts of those who have donated their blood to their homeland and country.
