During her official visit to Estonia, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's wife and Ms. Le Thi Bich Tran, together with Estonian Prime Minister's wife and Ms. Evelin Oras, visited the Estonian Academy of the Arts, the University of Music and Ballet Tallinn and the Maison Lili Jahilo Design Center.
Mrs. Evelin Oras also had a reception for Mrs. Le Thi Bich Tran with Estonian-style dishes. The two wives had an extremely cozy lunch, as close as two long-time friends who met. The two ladies discussed the culture, people, and beautiful landscapes of the two countries.

At the end of the reception, Mrs. Le Thi Bich Tran gave Mrs. Evelin Oras a very meaningful gift. That is a painting of Estonia Prime Minister Kristen Michal and his wife Evelin Oras from nearly 2,000 pieces of fabric.

Mrs. Le Thi Bich Tran shared that this unique artwork was created by 10 disabled artisans of the Van Art Cooperative - a collective economic model born in 2018 with the desire to preserve and introduce traditional culture, create jobs for people with disabilities and take advantage of leftover materials in the production process to protect the environment.
To create this work, the artisans used nearly 2,000 pieces of fabric and worked continuously for 5 days to complete the design, cutting and finally collaborating on this painting.
Through the picture, Lady Le Thi Bich Tran wants to convey the message of environmental protection, economic development in a sustainable way as well as preserving Vietnamese silk village culture. The work also shows perseverance, efforts to rise up with the spirit of overcoming difficulties, integrate into the community and contribute positively to the society of the weak in Vietnam.
Receiving the painting from his wife Le Thi Bich Tran, his wife Evelin Oras could not hide her emotions. She expressed: I am extremely grateful and touched by this special and meaningful gift. I really like it."

Visiting schools training on culture and art and fashion centers, Mrs. Le Thi Bich Tran expressed her impression of Estonia's promotion of the country's cultural values and hoped that Estonia would share about promoting and preserving cultural values with Vietnam in the coming time.
