On the afternoon of June 6, during an official visit to Estonia, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited Cybernetica Company - one of the symbols of the Estonian digital economy and a global pioneer in e-government solutions, cyber security and digital infrastructure.
Accompanying the Prime Minister were Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, members of the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation visiting Estonia.
Earlier, on the same morning, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the working delegation visited and worked at the e- Estonia Center - a symbol of the world's leading digital government.
Founded in 1997 and the successor to the Institute of controlling Education's applied research unit under the Estonian Academy of Sciences, Cybernetica is recognized as one of the main architects of e-estonia, developing core components of the e-estonia ecosystem, including the electronic voting system, X-Road data exchange platform, digital identification technology.

Cybernetica has deployed e-government solutions in more than 35 countries, including Japan, Malaysia, Kenya, Benin, Ukraine, etc. In particular, in Benin, more than 50 government agencies use Cybernetica solutions to provide nearly 270 digital services to people.
At the meeting, the Prime Minister and members of the Vietnamese delegation discussed with Cyberntics the possibility of success and feasibility when applying solutions to a country with a population of more than 100 million people like Vietnam; reforming institutions, regulations, legal corridors to be able to successfully implement; the issue of balancing digitalization and citizen data security; public-private cooperation; digital infrastructure investment (cloud, high-speed Internet, cyber security...)...
The Prime Minister said that he had agreed with the Estonian Prime Minister to establish a working group between the two countries to continue exchanging and supporting Vietnam in the field of digital transformation, building a digital government, developing a digital society and digital citizens.
The Prime Minister suggested and Cybernetica said it was ready to exchange experiences and cooperate to support Vietnam, contributing to the implementation of the agreement between the two governments.
