Phu Yen - Along with directing the stabilization of the new organizational apparatus, the Chairman of Phu Yen province requested immediate handling of cadres who showed signs of pushing, avoiding, causing trouble and harassment.

On March 8, Chairman of Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan issued a Directive on Improving the efficiency, effectiveness, efficiency and quality of operations of agencies and units in the province in 2025.

Mr. Ta Anh Tuan emphasized that 2025 is of special significance, the final year of implementing the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan (2021 - 2025), and at the same time, the period of streamlining the apparatus, organizing the 18th Phu Yen Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

In recent times, all levels and sectors in the province have focused on promoting socio-economic development, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people. Administrative reform has had many positive changes, better serving the needs of people and businesses.

To improve the efficiency and quality of operations, promote administrative reform, innovation and digital transformation, and successfully complete 100% of the targets and tasks set for 2025 and the period 2021-2025, Mr. Ta Anh Tuan requested agencies, units and localities to synchronously implement tasks and solutions to unlock social resources.

Heads of departments, branches, sectors, public service units under the Provincial People's Committee, central agencies located in the province and Chairmen of district-level People's Committees need to urgently stabilize the organization, focus on implementing the arrangement of the apparatus, ensuring no interruption or omission of work.

"The heads of agencies, units and localities must act decisively, with focus and key points in performing their tasks; assign tasks to subordinates in the spirit of 5 clearly: clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear deadlines and clear results.

At the same time, immediately handle cases of cadres, civil servants, and public employees (CBCCVC) showing signs of shirking responsibility, avoiding delays in performing public duties, as well as cases of causing trouble and harassment for people and businesses", Mr. Ta Anh Tuan directed.

The Chairman of Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee also requested to completely remove bottlenecks and obstacles that have existed for many years, especially in planning, site clearance and construction material supply.

Investors using state budget capital must urgently complete procedures, speed up disbursement from the beginning of the year; organize inspections, supervise implementation progress, promptly handle difficulties and problems to ensure that works and projects are put into operation on schedule.

"The heads of agencies, units and localities urgently specify assigned targets and tasks, improve the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of the apparatus and the quality of the staff after the arrangement.
