Arrange forces to block, control, and guide traffic, not allowing people to pass through dangerous areas that are unsafe, especially on traffic routes at risk of landslides, deep flooding areas, and fast-flowing water.
Proactively arrange forces, means, materials, and stock up on enough food, provisions and necessary necessities in key and vulnerable areas identified as being at high risk of cutting down due to landslides and floods; proactively deploy additional supply plans when a multi-day cut-off occurs, ensuring smooth communication for direction and management.
Coordinate with local authorities to support food, foodstuffs, necessities, clean water for people; handle environmental sanitation, prevent diseases and epidemics; ensure learning conditions for students, medical examination and treatment for people and restore production and business activities immediately after the flood recedes.
