On the morning of March 30, in Hanoi, the Central Military Commission organized a Conference to consider and approve the content of supplementing and completing the Action Program of the Central Military Commission to implement the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, term 2025-2030; Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission attended and delivered directing speeches at the conference.
Attending the Conference were: State President Luong Cuong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission; Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Politburo Member, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
General Phan Van Giang, Member of the Politburo, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense, chaired the Conference.
Also attending were Politburo members, Secretary of the Party Central Committee: Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung; Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Tran Sy Thanh; Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet; Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Le Minh Tri; Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission Nguyen Thanh Nghi; General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Head of the General Department of Politics; Chief of the Central Party Office Pham Gia Tuc.

The Conference considered and approved the content of supplementing and completing the Action Program of the Central Military Commission to implement the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, term 2025-2030; Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and some other important contents.
The Central Military Commission has issued an Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, term 2025-2030 with specific targets, tasks, projects, and schemes; in which it is determined that in 2026, the entire army will implement 82 tasks, schemes, projects, and programs.
To date, the entire army has deployed 50 tasks, projects, schemes, programs, of which 17 tasks have been completed, and 33 tasks are being implemented to ensure progress; the remaining 32 tasks, schemes, schemes, and programs will continue to be implemented in 2026.
Speaking to direct at the Conference, on behalf of the Central Military Commission, General Secretary To Lam praised the General Department of Politics for actively and proactively proposing contents to supplement and adjust the Action Program of the Central Military Commission to implement the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, term 2025-2030; Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
To successfully implement the tasks, the General Secretary agreed with the content of the Action Program, targets; tasks, projects, schemes, and specific programs.
The General Secretary assigned the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission to direct the full reception of opinions from delegates and the Central Military Commission, complete the content of supplementing and adjusting the Action Program of the Central Military Commission, and submit it to the Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission for signing and promulgation for agencies and units to implement.
The General Secretary requested the Party committees directly under the Central Military Commission, the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command to review, supplement, and adjust the Action Program of the Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the 12th Military Party Congress for the term 2025-2030 and the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
