On February 4, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Decisions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the arrangement of the apparatus and personnel work.
At the conference, Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on ending the activities of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, and the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises from February 4, 2025.
Announcing the Decision to end the activities of 8 Party Delegations, including: Provincial People's Council Party Delegation for the 2021 - 2026 term, Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024 - 2029 term, Provincial Union of Science and Technology for the 2020 - 2025 term, Provincial Literature and Arts Association for the 2023 - 2028 term, Provincial Women's Union for the 2021 - 2026 term, Provincial Farmers' Association for the 2023 - 2028 term, Provincial Labor Federation for the 2023 - 2028 term, Provincial Veterans Association for the 2022 - 2027 term.
The decision to terminate 3 provincial-level party committees includes: Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy, Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court. The decisions take effect from February 4, 2025.
Also at the conference, Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh announced the Provincial Party Committee's Decision on the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee's Decision allowing Mr. Vo Thanh An - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024 - 2029 term to cease holding the position of Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024 - 2029 term; assigning and appointing Mr. Vo Thanh An to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee from February 4, 2025; assigning and appointing Ms. Ha Thi Anh Thu - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee for a period of 5 years from February 4, 2025.
Appoint Mr. Vo Van Dong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department for a term of 5 years from February 4, 2025; appoint Mr. Bui Duc Tho, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department for a term of 5 years from February 4, 2025; appoint Ms. Vo Thi Tuyet Nhung, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department for a term of 5 years from February 4, 2025.
