On the morning of May 15, Secretary General of the National Assembly Le Quang Tung presented a report on adjusting the agenda of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Immediately afterwards, 429/429 (100%) of the delegates present voted in favor of adjusting the session agenda.

The submission stated that the National Assembly Standing Committee proposed to adjust the time for the National Assembly to listen to the submission, the review report, conduct discussion and vote to approve the two draft resolutions.
The two draft Resolutions include:
Firstly, the Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies creates a breakthrough in law making and enforcement to promptly institutionalize Resolution 66 of the Politburo on innovating law making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era.
Second, the National Assembly's Resolution on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development Resolution 68 of the Politburo on private economic development.
According to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the adjustment of time to ensure that the National Assembly's resolutions approve thoroughly and deploy at the National Conference to thoroughly grasp and implement the two resolutions of the Politburo on the morning of May 18.
At the same time, according to the National Assembly Standing Committee, at the 9th session, 3 additional contents will be submitted by the Government to the National Assembly for consideration and decision, including: Supplementing the regular state budget (source of non-refundable aid) in 2025;
The transition to apply some specific mechanisms and policies has been allowed by the National Assembly in some localities after implementing the restructuring of the apparatus and expanding administrative boundaries according to the policies of the Party and State;
Adjusting the investment policy for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway construction project, phase 1.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also plans to adjust the implementation time for a number of other related contents accordingly.
Accordingly, the session is expected to close on the afternoon of June 27, with a reserve of 2 days, June 28 and 30. The National Assembly was previously scheduled to close on June 30.
