This morning (November 8), in Hanoi, the Central Internal Affairs Committee coordinated with the National Political Publishing House Truth to organize the launching ceremony of the book "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam".
Speaking at the book launch ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House, Truth, said that the book synthesizes the research results of the Project "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam in the new period" and 27 elaborate and in-depth research topics on the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam by major research agencies and organizations nationwide.
With the efforts of units and individuals of the Central Internal Affairs Committee and the National Political Publishing House Truth, the book "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state" was introduced to readers on the occasion of Vietnam Law Day (November 9, 2024).
This is a meaningful activity, honoring the Constitution and laws, educating the awareness of the rule of law for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and people, and contributing to promoting the building of the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam in the context of developing a modern market economy and comprehensive and deep international integration.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, the book is a synthesis and systematization of basic theoretical issues on the rule of law state, analyzing the practice of building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam.
Through convincing analysis, arguments and evidence, the book affirms the consistent, steadfast stance, ideology and viewpoint, and the creative development and perfection of theoretical thinking and awareness of the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam of our Party and State.
The book affirms the theoretical and practical values of the rule of law state, affirms the correctness of the Party's policies and guidelines; helps cadres, party members and people understand, thoroughly grasp, trust, and successfully organize the process of continuing to build and perfect the Vietnamese socialist rule of law state in the new period and the path to socialism in Vietnam.
The book has a capacity of 480 pages, including 3 chapters: Chapter 1: Basic theoretical issues on the rule of law state and the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam. Chapter 2: Practice of building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam. Chapter 3: Continuing to build and perfect the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam in the new period.
The Central Internal Affairs Commission said that the process of compiling the book always received the attention and direct and close guidance of Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac and leaders of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
The Central Internal Affairs Committee has also established an Editorial Team, with two leaders of the Committee as Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader, with the participation of experts and scientists with extensive experience in the field of legal research or who have directly participated in the Editorial Team to develop the Project "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam in the new period" from many agencies such as the Central Internal Affairs Committee, the Ministry of Justice, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, and the Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
