The content of the book reflects the thinking and strategic vision of the comrade in key areas of the country; at the same time, it reflects the consistent and consistent spirit in the thoughts and actions of General Luong Cuong, which is to always be steadfast in the goal of national independence and socialism - the revolutionary path that the Party, Uncle Ho and our people have chosen; putting national and ethnic interests first and foremost; taking the happiness and prosperity of the people as a goal to strive for; closely combining economic development with consolidating national defense, security and foreign affairs, between national strength and the strength of the era, between building and protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland in the new situation.
