Rearranging 13 regional State Audit units into 12 units

The National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to reorganize the State Audit units under the State Audit from 13 units to 12 units.

Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has signed and issued Resolution No. 1790/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the number of State Audit units in areas under the State Audit.

Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange the State Audit units under the State Audit from 13 units specified in Clause 3, Article 1 of Resolution No. 916/2005/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated September 15, 2005, Article 1 of Resolution No. 1123/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated May 28, 2007 and Clause 1, Article 1 of Resolution No. 1064/NQ-UBTVQH12 dated April 29, 2011 of the National Assembly Standing Committee to 12 units.

The National Assembly Standing Committee assigned the State Auditor General to decide on the location of headquarters of the State Audit units in the area to ensure suitability with the actual situation; decide on the staffing of each State Audit unit in the area in the total staffing of the State Audit assigned by competent authorities.

This Resolution takes effect from the date of promulgation (August 13, 2025).
