On August 10, Son La Provincial People's Committee held a Conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Son La Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of departments, agencies, branches and related localities.
At the conference, the Provincial People's Committee announced Decision No. 2079/QD-UBND dated August 9, 2026 on receiving Mr. Dinh Trung Dung to work at the Department of Finance and appointing him to the position of Director of the Department of Finance.
The term of office is 5 years, from August 10, 2026.
Presenting the decision, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet congratulated Mr. Dinh Trung Dung on being transferred and appointed to a new position; and at the same time requested the new Director of the Department of Finance to quickly approach the task, promote capacity, experience, and study the functions and tasks of the industry.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Dinh Trung Dung affirmed that he will quickly grasp the work, stabilize the organization, ensure that the work is continuously deployed, and not leave gaps in leadership, direction, and administration.
The new Director of the Department of Finance said that he will continue to study, train, promote the spirit of responsibility, and unite with the leadership and civil servants of the Department of Finance to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
