On June 1st, the Party Committee - Border Guard Command of An Giang province organized a Conference to announce and award decisions on promotion and salary increase of officers of the Border Guard Command for 137 officers in the first phase of 2026.
This term, An Giang Border Guard Command has 58 comrades promoted to Major and Lieutenant Colonel ranks, of which 6 comrades have increased their grades to Major. 79 comrades have been promoted to Lieutenant, Senior Lieutenant, and Captain. Especially among 137 officers, 91 comrades have been promoted to military ranks ahead of term.
Colonel Nguyen Van Hiep, Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Border Guard Command of An Giang province, congratulated the comrades who were promoted and increased in salary on time and ahead of their term in this phase.
