At the conference, Ms. Bui Thuy Phuong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - announced the decisions of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee under the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, operating from February 3, 2025.
According to the decisions, the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies consists of 21 grassroots Party organizations. The Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies has the function of leading subordinate Party organizations to ensure the completion of political tasks, organizational and personnel work; building a clean and strong Party organization associated with building strong agencies, units, sectors and socio-political organizations.
Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province - holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies. Mr. Nguyen Van Hoi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province - concurrently holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Hoang Quang Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Transport - holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee consists of 43 grassroots Party organizations. The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee has the function of comprehensively leading the implementation of the political tasks of the Provincial People's Committee; organizational and personnel work according to regulations on decentralization of management; Party building work, and mass work in the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
Mr. Pham Duc An - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province - holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee. Mr. Vu Van Dien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province - concurrently holds the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Nhu Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment - holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Vu Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
Also at the Conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on the consolidation of the Provincial Party Committee of Propaganda and the Provincial Party Committee for Propaganda and Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department - holds the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
