Organize or coordinate with relevant agencies to organize inspection and examination of tutoring and tutoring activities in the local area; handling according to their competence or requesting competent agencies to handle violations.
The Chairman of Thu Duc City People's Committee and districts is responsible for managing tutoring and tutoring activities in the area.
Direct the Department of Education and Training to guide, organize or coordinate with relevant agencies to organize inspection of tutoring and tutoring activities in the management area; handling according to their competence or requesting competent agencies to handle violations.
Directing the People's Committee of the commune to supervise and inspect the compliance with the provisions of the law on working hours, overtime and the provisions of the law on security, order, safety and environmental sanitation , Fire and explosion prevention and fighting of organizations and individuals teaching and tutoring outside the school.
Circular No. 29/2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training stipulates that tutoring and tutoring will officially take effect from February 14.
