According to the Resolution, the National Assembly Standing Committee decided to establish the Group of Young National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term, including National Assembly deputies aged 45 and under.
The Standing Committee of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Commission presides over the coordination of organizing activities and together with the Standing Committee of the Young National Assembly Delegation is responsible to the National Assembly Standing Committee for the activities of the Young National Assembly Delegation.
The Standing Committee of the Young National Assembly Delegation includes the Chairman and Vice Chairmen.
In which, Mr. Bui Quang Huy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Secretary of the Party Committee, First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, Chairman of the National Committee for Vietnamese Youth, Delegate of the 16th National Assembly is the Chairman of the Group.
Mr. Trinh Xuan An, a member who is a full-time National Assembly deputy at the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee, is the Standing Vice Chairman.
The Vice Chairmen include: Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh, a member who is a full-time National Assembly deputy in the Culture and Social Affairs Committee; Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, a member who is a full-time National Assembly deputy in the Culture and Social Affairs Committee; Mr. Nguyen Danh Tu, a member who is a full-time National Assembly deputy in the Law and Justice Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, a member who is a full-time National Assembly deputy in the Economic and Finance Committee.
Members of the Young National Assembly Delegation are decided by the Chairman of the Young National Assembly Delegation.
The operating expenses of the Young National Assembly Delegation are allocated annually by the National Assembly Standing Committee, which is a separate item within the operating expenses of the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs.
The group of young National Assembly deputies is allowed to use the seal of the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs to serve the exchange and work with agencies and organizations to perform tasks according to the Operating Regulations of the Group of Young National Assembly deputies.
