Establishment of the Civil Judgment Enforcement of Son La Province

    Son La - On July 6, the Ministry of Justice held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Civil Judgment Enforcement of Son La province.

    Accordingly, implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently, the Ministry of Justice issued a Decision stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Management Department.

    The Civil Judgment Enforcement Management Department (under the Ministry of Justice) and officially operates from July 1, 2025.

    At the ceremony, representatives of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Management Department announced the decision to establish the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Son La province under the Civil Judgment Enforcement Management Department, Ministry of Justice on the basis of reorganizing civil judgment enforcement agencies in Son La province.

    At the same time, the decision of the Minister of Justice on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Duyet - Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of the old Bac Kan province to hold the position of Chief of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Son La province was announced. The appointment term is 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.
