The conference announced the Decisions of the Minister of Justice on the establishment of the City Civil Judgment Enforcement and the decisions to appoint the Deputy Director of the City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department. Hai Phong City Civil Judgment Enforcement also announced decisions to appoint department-level leaders under the unit.
Hai Phong City Civil Judgment Enforcement was established under the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management on the basis of reorganizing civil judgment enforcement agencies in Hai Phong City and Hai Duong Province before the arrangement.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Justice Mai Luong Khoi acknowledged and commended the contributions of generations of leaders and civil servants of Hai Phong City Civil Judgment Enforcement. At the same time, it is recommended that the City Civil Judgment Enforcement continue to closely follow the leadership and direction of the Ministry of Justice, the City Party Committee, the People's Council and the City People's Committee; quickly perfect the organizational apparatus, issue full internal regulations and inter-sectoral coordination procedures; clearly assign responsibilities and authority between agencies and units within the scope of management.
The city's civil judgment enforcement organizes the operation of the new professional process according to the two-level local government model in a flexible and effective manner; deploys a digital civil judgment enforcement platform with applications such as electronic receipt system, judgment receiving and enforcement software; build a database for the city's Civil Judgment Enforcement. At the same time, continue to promote the implementation of electronic processes, provide online public services, ensure publicity, transparency and efficiency in enforcement activities.
