On June 8, the Government Office said that it had just issued document No. 5274/VPCP-QHĐP conveying the opinion of Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra on the implementation of the conclusion of the General Secretary, President at the working session with the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai City Party Committee.
Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra assigned the Ministry of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Dong Nai City and relevant ministries and agencies to study and develop a draft Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Dong Nai City, and submit it to the National Assembly at the 2nd session, 16th National Assembly.
Assign the Ministry of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Construction to study and handle recommendations on allocating resources to implement key national projects, especially Long Thanh International Airport phase 2, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau railway, urban railway lines and transport infrastructure connecting Long Thanh airport, regional connection and key projects of Dong Nai; have a written response to the locality before June 10, 2026.
Assign the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to study and handle recommendations on reviewing and reasonably adjusting bauxite areas to both remove bottlenecks and develop socio-economic effectively in each stage, while ensuring legal, environmental, national defense - security and long-term interests of the nation; have a written response to localities before June 10, 2026.
Regarding the proposal to manage the area of Cat Tien National Park within the boundaries of Dong Nai City, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment urgently implements the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra in Official Dispatch No. 5251/VPCP-NN dated June 5, 2026 of the Government Office.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministries of Finance, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Environment and the People's Committee of Dong Nai City to urgently implement the above tasks, report the implementation results to the Prime Minister before June 15, 2026, and jointly send them to the Party Central Committee Office for summarization and reporting to General Secretary and President To Lam.
