The Government Inspectorate has just issued Document No. 3247/TTCP-KHTC to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government; People's Committees of provinces and cities.
According to the document, in order to prepare for the development of the Report on the results of inspection work, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement and corruption prevention and control in the fourth quarter of 2025 and the Report on the summary of the work in 2025 of the Inspectorate to serve the Government meeting in December 2025 and the Conference on the Summary of the Inspectorate, the Government Inspector General requested ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to report the results of inspection work, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement and corruption prevention and control in the fourth quarter of 2025 and the results of work in 2025.
The report is implemented in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 06/2025/TT-TTCS dated September 29, 2025 of the Government Inspectorate.
Regarding inspection work, in November, the Government Inspectorate will continue to implement the Inspection Plan for 2025, focusing on specialized inspections on preventing and combating waste in the management and use of housing and land facilities of state-owned agencies, organizations and enterprises under the direction of the Central Steering Committee and the Prime Minister.
The Government Inspectorate has also issued an Inspection Plan for 2026; at the same time, report to the Prime Minister the results of thematic inspections of projects with difficulties and problems according to Plan No. 1505/KH-TTCP.
Regarding citizen reception, in November, the Central Citizen reception Office in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City received 431 visits with 1,178 citizens coming to present 431 cases, including 161 complaints, 39 denunciations and 231 recommendations and reflections.
Notably, there were 39 large complaint groups coming to present the case, mainly related to land recovery. These are cases that have been reviewed and resolved by all levels but there are still citizens who do not agree and continue to petition.
Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong directed the Central Citizen Reception Committee to strengthen coordination between central agencies participating in receiving citizens at the Head Office, ensuring that all citizens coming are received and guided in accordance with regulations.
At the same time, the Committee needs to promptly handle petitions, closely coordinate with authorities and localities to grasp the situation of complaints, mobilize citizens to return to their localities, and contribute to maintaining security and order.
