These 6 projects are among 145 projects with a total investment of over 100 billion VND of central ministries, branches, corporations, affiliated corporations and some large local projects with an investment capital of over 1,500 billion VND, directly inspected by the Government Inspectorate (according to Plan No. 1505/KH-TTCP dated July 22, 2025) of the Government Inspectorate.
The list of these 6 projects includes: New urban area southwest of Linh Dam lake, Van Canh New urban area, Phap Van - Tu Hiep urban area and Linh Dam Lake General Service Urban Area with Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation (HUD) as the investor.
In addition, there are also the Usilk City project (invested by Song Da Thang Long Joint Stock Company) and Dang Xa II New Urban Area (invested by Viglacera Corporation).
According to information from the Government Inspectorate, the above projects are all under implementation and have an implementation schedule until 2025.
Previously, at the thematic inspection of projects with difficulties and problems (held on July 22), Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong directed the Departments under the Government Inspectorate to focus on completing the necessary procedures according to their functions and tasks to deploy inspection teams to ensure progress and quality according to the law.
