The official dispatch sent to the Provincial Inspectorate stated that, implementing Plan No. 1505/KH-TTCP dated July 22, 2025 of the Government Inspectorate on the thematic inspection of works and projects with difficulties, problems, delays, prolonged backlogs, low efficiency, and risk of causing loss and waste.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province directed as follows: Assign the Provincial Inspectorate to preside over and advise on the implementation of the thematic inspection plan for works and projects with difficulties, problems, delays, long-term backlogs, low efficiency, and risks of causing loss and waste in the province to closely follow the instructions and direction of the Government Inspectorate, and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.
Previously, in March, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also issued an official dispatch on reviewing and reporting on projects and works that were behind schedule, had long-term backlogs, and were ineffective, causing great loss and waste.
Accordingly, the projects that are behind schedule, have long backlogs, are ineffective, and cause loss and waste are named by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, including:
Automobile Service and Trading Center Project in Dong Ngo area, Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh city of Hai Au Trading and Finance Company Limited Branch in Bac Ninh province;
Project for Investment in Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Nhan Hoa, Phuong Lieu, Que Vo Industrial Parks and Industrial Parks of Nhan Hoa Urban Development Investment and Industrial Park Joint Stock Company;
Duc Viet General Urban and Service Area Project in Gia Dong Ward, Thuan Thanh Town of Duc Viet Group Joint Stock Company;
Investment project to build a scientific - training complex of the Vietnam Economic Science Association.
Project to invest in the construction of technical infrastructure for Den Dam Cultural Tourism Area, Tu Son Town under the investment form of Construction - Transfer (BT) of Solatech Investment Joint Stock Company;
The project to invest in the construction of a road along B2 canal, Tu Son town, Bac Ninh province (from the intersection with the new National Highway 3 to DT 295B), under the form of a Construction - Transfer Contract (BT).
