Leaders of the Government Inspectorate requested that each inspection must lead to specific and clear results, avoiding formality.

On January 31, information from the Government Inspectorate said that Deputy Inspector General Le Sy Bay had a working session with the leadership and civil servants of the Department of Inspection, Settlement of Complaints and Denunciations in the Construction Sector (Department VII) on the results of work in 2025 and key directions and tasks for 2026.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Le Sy Bay assessed that 2025 is a year of special nature, marking the process of arranging and consolidating the organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate, in which Department VII was established on the basis of consolidation, inheriting the tasks of previous units.

With both implementing organizational structure arrangement and deploying political tasks with a large workload, along with many unexpected tasks assigned, in that context, Department VII has made great efforts to comprehensively complete the tasks.

Regarding the tasks for 2026, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay especially noted that Department VII will continue to maintain solidarity, strengthen discipline and administrative order in inspection activities, and promote the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, especially heads.

Accordingly, each inspection must ensure the correct authority, correct order, procedures, and law, and at the same time must lead to specific and clear results, avoiding formality and avoiding unnecessary prolongation.

In addition, the Deputy Inspector General of the Government requested Department VII to continue to improve the quality of inspection conclusions, considering this as an important measure reflecting the actual effectiveness of inspection activities; strengthen publicity and transparency, and attach responsibility to the head of the delegation and members of the inspection delegation throughout the task implementation process.

The Deputy Inspector General of the Government believes that inspection officials, especially in the field of construction, must always maintain a spirit of humility, honesty, objectivity, be able to listen, criticize, and handle situations in a standard way; absolutely avoid showing impatience, subjectivity or being influenced by external factors.

At the working session, Director of Department VII Hoang Hung affirmed that the collective leadership and civil servants of Department VII will seriously implement the assigned tasks; soon concretize the action program for 2026, focus on effectively implementing inspections according to plan, and at the same time ensure discipline, order, and public service ethics.
