The Party Central Committee unanimously approved the Report of the 13th Party Central Committee submitted to the 14th National Party Congress on personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee and voted to approve with a high number of votes to introduce personnel to participate in the 14th Party Central Committee, introduce personnel to participate in the Politburo, the Secretariat, and key leaders of the Party and State for the 14th term, 2026 - 2031 term to submit to the 14th National Congress of the Party for consideration, decision and election according to the Party's charter and regulations.
2. On draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress

This is the fourth time the Party Central Committee has commented on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party. The Party Central Committee unanimously assessed the draft Report as honestly, objectively and comprehensively reflecting the great achievements of historical and contemporary significance in the renovation process and focusing on discussing a number of basic and important contents such as: The world, regional and domestic context affecting Vietnam over 40 years of renovation; the development of the Party's theoretical awareness over 40 years of renovation; achievements, limitations and lessons learned in the practice of building Vietnamese socialism; forecasting the situation, viewpoints and solution orientations to continue to comprehensively and synchronously promote the renovation process, building, developing the country and defending the Fatherland in the new period...
- Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter and proposing and orienting the addition and amendment of the Party Charter
The Party Central Committee highly agreed; at the same time, focused on discussing and evaluating the contents stated in the draft Report such as: the work of disseminating, concretizing, inspecting, and supervising the implementation of the Party Charter, the Central's regulations and instructions on the implementation of the Party Charter; the results, assessment, and evaluation of the implementation of the contents of the Party Charter and specific regulations and instructions on the implementation of the Party Charter; advantages, limitations, problems, inadequacies and causes in the process of implementing the Party Charter; viewpoints and principles of supplementing and amending the Party Charter...
The Party Central Committee unanimously approved the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; assigned the Politburo to direct the reception and completion of documents to submit to the 14th National Party Congress based on the Central Committee's discussion opinions.
