On June 11, Bac Kan Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Duy Chinh and Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung co-chaired the meeting of the Standing Committees of the two provinces to absorb and complete the personnel plan according to Conclusion No. 150-KL/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo.
The conference listened to reports, discussed, explained and finalized, approving the personnel plan according to Conclusion No. 150-KL/TW to report to the Politburo and the Secretariat according to regulations.
Concluding the Conference, the Provincial Party Secretaries of the two provinces emphasized that up to now, the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the two provinces have basically completed all contents according to the direction and guidance of the Central Government.
The Standing Committees of the Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committees focused on discussing and basically reached a high consensus on the plan, personnel submission to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and other positions in the political system of Thai Nguyen province when merging.
At the same time, the Organizing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the two provinces are assigned to continue coordinating and completing the personnel submission before June 13 to report to the Politburo and the Secretariat according to regulations. Assign the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committees of the two provinces to continue reviewing and perfecting the contents of personnel work according to the direction and guidance of the Central Government.
The two localities agreed to put 92 communes and wards of the new Thai Nguyen province into trial operation before the local government apparatus at both levels officially operates synchronously.
In particular, focusing on 5 activities of Party committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, Fatherland Front Committees and public administrative service centers.
