Speaking at the opening, the Prime Minister highly appreciated the innovation in the working methods and report preparation of the Ministry of Finance, the Government Office and functional ministries, especially the Ministry of Public Security - the standing agency of the Government Steering Committee for Science and Technology Development, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Project 06.
The reports are built with high generalization, very specifically assessing the developments of the situation and results of May, the first 5 months of the year in all fields; and at the same time pointing out existing problems, limitations, difficulties and especially the progress of handling work of ministries and sectors, proposing solutions.
The Prime Minister said that after the meeting, the progress of handling work will be publicly announced on the Government Electronic Information Portal.

The Head of Government stated clearly that in the past time, he has focused very strongly on the work of perfecting institutions, thanks to which the results achieved have improved significantly, including the preparation of draft laws to submit to the National Assembly, and accelerating the processing of backlog documents...
However, the work pressure in the coming time is still very high, if we do not continue to strive with the pace of work as in the past, it may lead to delays and delays in tasks and affect the specific implementation and institutionalization of the Party's guidelines and the National Assembly's policies.
Regarding the socio-economic situation, the Prime Minister said that in May and 5 months, relatively positive results have been achieved, and the macro-economy is basically stable.
There are signs that need great attention related to inflation control and growth promotion in some specific sectors that have not achieved their goals...
The Prime Minister said that, according to estimates for 6 months and for the whole year, the requirements set out are particularly high in the coming time, requiring drastic action and great efforts to ensure double-digit growth targets.
The Government's meeting resolution will clearly outline specific tasks, the Prime Minister requested ministers, heads of sectors, and heads of ministerial-level agencies to pay special attention to directing in all fields.
The Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Ministers will continue to work with localities, some ministries and sectors, and some sectors that are still growing below potential, have not achieved the set goals and plans, analyze carefully and have more drastic solutions to implement in the coming time.
Regarding the implementation of strategic resolutions, especially Resolution 57 of the Politburo, the Prime Minister said that agencies have made many innovations in their working methods, thanks to which the work has made much progress and achieved many results.
However, the requirements are very high, Ministers and heads of sectors must pay close attention to a number of contents such as: Fully and synchronously completing institutions; infrastructure and design to ensure intercommunication between the Central Government, ministries and sectors with localities; developing and concretizing lists and strategic technology products to have final products; human resource training.
