A statement from the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on March 20 stated: At the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh will lead a high-level Vietnamese delegation on an official visit to the Russian Federation from March 22 to March 25, 2026.
