On March 19, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang denied information that Vietnam provided 60 tons of aid to Iran.

Last week, many social media accounts posted images believed to be of Vietnam aiding 60 tons of goods to Iran to overcome the shortage of goods during the war.

On the afternoon of March 19, at the regular press conference of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, answering reporters' questions requesting information about the above images, Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang affirmed: "This information is incorrect".
