The Khoi Chau Urban, Eco-tourism and Golf Course Complex Project (Trump International Hung Yen Project) has an area of nearly 1,000 hectares and a total investment of over 1.5 billion USD; including a system of 54-hole VIP golf course, resort, luxury villa, modern urban complex and utilities according to international standards.
This is also a project of international stature, of great significance to socio-economic development, promoting growth and economic transformation of Hung Yen province in particular and the whole country in general; expected to contribute to maximizing the tourism potential of the Red River Delta and becoming a symbolic project, marking the comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and the United States.
Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his pleasure to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the project in the nation's atmosphere just celebrated the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, reunification of the country, the 135th anniversary of the birth of the great President Ho Chi Minh and aiming to celebrate the 80th year of the August Revolution and Quoc Khanh 2.9.
The Prime Minister emphasized that this project is of great significance in promoting the Vietnam - US relationship to become increasingly deeper, more substantial and effective; affirming the trust of foreign investors, including US investors in Vietnam; contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Hung Yen and Vietnam, green, clean and beautiful with world-class projects; enhancing the value of the Hung Yen brand in particular and Vietnam in general; receiving the transfer of advanced governance technology; contributing to creating jobs and livelihoods for people.
The Prime Minister hopes that Hung Yen province and ministries and branches will closely coordinate and actively support to complete the project within 2 years, welcoming the APEC 2027 event in Vietnam; contributing to bringing Hung Yen's service sector to new heights and affirming the good relationship between the two countries.
The Prime Minister emphasized that Hung Yen is a place with cultural traditions, heroic history, the land of "masterpieces of masterpieces" as the saying "The first is the period, the second pho Pho Hien"; It is suggested that Hung Yen province continue to promote this tradition in the new era of the nation, the era has risen to develop rich, civilized, prosperous, the people are increasingly prosperous and happy.
