In 2008, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee leased more than 649 hectares of land to Acteam International in Da Ron commune to invest in The Dalat AT 1200 golf course.
This project has an initial investment of 18 million USD. Among the leased land is more than 430 hectares of natural forests, more than 102ha of planted forest, 116.74 hectares of land without forests.
Through inventory, the authorities determined the forest land area at the time of 2022 decreased by more than 43 hectares compared to the middle of 2007 (the time of inventory before land allocation).
