At the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh experienced "legal AI" on the National Law Portal.
The Prime Minister raised questions and was answered about: Authority of the National Assembly, the Government, ministries, branches and localities on budget; authority of all levels on public investment; to implement Resolution 66 of the Politburo on innovation in law-making and enforcement, what institutional bottlenecks need to be resolved; the most notable point of Resolution 68 of the Politburo on private economic development.
Need to continue to improve features
Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that institutions are one of three strategic breakthroughs, a breakthrough of breakthroughs, a driving force and resource for development, but are also a bottleneck of bottlenecks, not only for people and businesses but also for state agencies. Therefore, it is necessary for the publicity, transparency, and contribution of people and businesses in building and perfecting institutions.

The Prime Minister acknowledged and highly appreciated the Ministry of Justice for having completed the construction of the National Law Portal on schedule and on schedule in just 2 weeks with great determination, great efforts, urgency, and proactive coordination with relevant agencies.
In the coming time, in order for the National Legal Portal to operate smoothly and effectively, achieve the set goals and requirements, the Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Justice to continue coordinating with the concerned ministries and agencies to complete the features, create more information schools of the National Legal Portal; Review, supplement, update information regularly, enrich data. Ensure the application of smooth, safe, smart, friendly interface, "true, enough, clean, living" data, quickly and accurate information.
In particular, focusing on receiving, classifying, processing and monitoring, urging the resolution of reflections and recommendations on legal documents. Research and apply advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to improve service quality and operational efficiency of the Portal.
To make the National Law Portal truly a "utile tool for people and homes", the Prime Minister requested all cadres, civil servants and public employees in the political system and called on the business community and each citizen to actively participate, learn, exploit and use the utilities that the Portal brings.

At the same time, the Prime Minister proposed to study and update the English language on the National Law Portal and build a system and criteria to measure and evaluate the performance of the Portal, such as how many requests of people and businesses can be resolved each month.
The Prime Minister affirmed that the Government will always listen and closely direct so that the National Law Portal can constantly be improved and upgraded, truly becoming a symbol of a dynamic and modern judiciary, serving the Fatherland and the people.
