Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that even if there is only one Vietnamese person abroad, the Party and State will find every suitable way to care, support and help.

On the morning of June 7, local time, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife met with officials, the Vietnamese Embassy in Finland concurrently holding the position of Estonia and the Vietnamese community in Estonia.

Speaking at the meeting, the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his pride in the Vietnamese community in Estonia, though not much, but united and developed; At the same time, expressing gratitude to the community for the contributions to building the homeland and the country; comply with the laws of the host country and nurture the Vietnam -Estonia friendship.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that overseas Vietnamese, even if there is only one person, the Party and State will always find every suitable and effective way to care, support, and help each person to take care of their own life, their family, and contribute to the community and the country as well as foster the relationship between Vietnam and the host country.

The Prime Minister wants people to continue to unite, agree and help each other as the verse of the grandparents who taught "Bau, love to take the same secret, although the same is similar to the same rig"; The one who goes ahead to help the following; community development is growing stronger; preserve and promote national culture; trade and investment promotion; Contribute to Vietnam - Estonia relations more and more effectively.

Praising the Vietnamese Embassy in Finland, Estonia, has made great contributions to promoting Vietnam -Estonia relations as well as taking care of the Vietnamese community in Estonia, the Prime Minister asked the Embassy to firmly grasp the situation, propose to the Party and the State and make bridges, promote the two countries' relations to grow well; promote and effectively implement the agreements that senior leaders have achieved; Organize connecting businesses and people of the two countries.

Answering the opinions and recommendations of the Vietnamese people in Estonia, the Prime Minister once again affirmed that the Party and the State respectfully and continue to listen to the opinions, thoughts and aspirations of the overseas Vietnamese community; It is suggested that people continue to contribute their opinions for the Party and the State to improve institutions and policies to help people develop more smoothly, and contribute to the development of the country and cultivate Vietnam's relations with other countries.

Earlier, on the same morning, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife visited the family of Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - owner of Pho Bar restaurant, a famous Vietnamese culinary address in the capital Tallinn of Estonia.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang's family has a third generation in Estonia. The children and grandchildren with both blood lines speak fluent Vietnamese and love Vietnam very much, often coming to Vietnam.

This is the last activity of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in his official visit to the Republic of Estonia.

On the same afternoon, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife, along with the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, left the capital Tallinn for the French Republic to attend the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC 3); conduct bilateral activities in the French Republic from June 7-11 at the invitation of United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres and French President Emmanuel Macron.
