On the morning of November 14, comrade Tran Cam Tu - Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission - attended the National Great Unity Festival at the residential area of Trung village (Dong Phuong commune, Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province).
Speaking at the Festival, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu emphasized that over the past 94 years of formation and development, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has constantly innovated, expanded and promoted the great national unity bloc, strengthened social consensus, cared for people's lives, implemented patriotic emulation campaigns and movements; conducted social supervision and criticism, participated in Party and government building... increasingly affirming its role.
Over the years, the organization of the National Great Unity Day has become a regular activity in many residential areas across the country. The organization of the Day aims to arouse the spirit of solidarity and unity among the people in the area, and is also an opportunity for cadres and party members to increase contact, listen to the thoughts and aspirations, and understand the lives of the people.
Expressing his joy at the results achieved by the Party Committee, government and people of Trung village, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu commended the Village Front Working Committee for being active and proactive in propaganda work, mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, unite and help each other develop the economy, promote the will of self-reliance, boost production and business, get rich legitimately; actively participate in protecting the green, clean and beautiful environment, building cultural residential areas. People's lives are increasingly improved; village love, neighborhood affection and traditional cultural beauty are respected, preserved and promoted...
The Standing Secretariat requested that the people continue to promote the revolutionary tradition of their homeland, unite, help each other develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, strive to get rich, and work with the Party Committee and the government to strive to achieve the goal of "rich in economy, strong in politics, beautiful in culture and green and clean environment".
He suggested that the Fatherland Front at all levels of Thai Binh province continue to effectively organize the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; actively respond to the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind", and regularly listen to the people's opinions and aspirations; continue to play a good role as a bridge between the Party, the government and the people.
Comrade Tran Cam Tu also acknowledged and highly appreciated the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, agencies and units of Thai Binh province for their attention, leadership, coordination and creation of favorable conditions for the Thai Binh Provincial Fatherland Front to successfully complete its tasks.
In the coming time, he suggested that Party committees at all levels continue to pay attention to leadership and direction, and that government agencies coordinate more closely, pay more attention to the work of the Front, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc and improving the quality of the Front's work in the new situation.
On this occasion, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu and leaders of Thai Binh province and Dong Hung district presented gifts to residential areas, policy households, poor households, and households in difficult circumstances in Dong Phuong commune (Dong Hung district). On the same day, he and leaders of Thai Binh province offered incense at the Uncle Ho Temple and the Martyrs Temple of Thai Binh province.
