On September 15, at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu introduced and exchanged specialized topics: "Building a clean and comprehensively strong Party, "is morality, is civilization", undertaking the mission of leadership and rule in the new era of development" with trainees of the Training and Knowledge Update Class for Members of the 14th Party Central Committee (second class).
Exchanging some basic contents on Party building, the Standing Secretary of the Secretariat said that the aspects of Party building in terms of politics, ideology, ethics and cadres are all extremely important, with specific contents and specific tasks.
All are a tight unified whole, contributing decisively to the strength and success of the Party in leading revolutions.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat clearly stated that in the coming time, it is necessary to focus on 3 breakthrough solutions including:
Regarding improving the capacity for self-innovation and self-improvement to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Party's leadership and rule, consolidating and strengthening the people's trust;
Effectively deploy the organizational structure of the political system according to the new model to ensure smooth operation, meeting the requirements and tasks of national development in the new era;
Strengthen discipline and order, promote decentralization and control of power strictly and effectively, especially focusing on inspection, supervision, and discipline of the Party.
According to the Standing Secretary of the Secretariat, building a clean and comprehensively strong Party, "that is morality, that is civilization" is actually improving the leadership capacity, ruling capacity, and combat strength of the Party.
This is a strategic, key, fundamental, core, long-term issue, and also an important and urgent task, related to the survival of the Party, the survival of the regime, and the development of the country; therefore, it must be carried out regularly, continuously, synchronously, closely, effectively and with the efforts and determination of the entire Party and the entire political system, drastic actions for the country and the people of the leaders, of all cadres and party members.
Especially building a truly clean and strong contingent of officials, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period.
