In his concluding remarks, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh directed 15 key groups of tasks and solutions.
First of all, it is necessary to continue reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles related to local government at both levels, ensuring synchronous and smooth operation, meeting the requirements of people and businesses.
In response to local reports on the difficulties of transfer officers, ministries, branches and localities reviewed those who need to buy houses and rent houses, to be completed before August 15. The State Bank has a preferential credit package for housing for these subjects with favorable and feasible mechanisms and policies for implementation.
Second, ensure macroeconomic stability, control inflation, promote growth, coordinate synchronously, closely and effectively between fiscal policy and monetary policy.
The State Bank urgently submits amendments to Decree 24 on gold market management.
Third, review and continue to resolutely and effectively implement the resolutions of the Politburo and the National Assembly on "four pillars" and the Government's Action Program.
Fourth, the Ministry of Finance will preside over the development of a Government resolution on flexible and effective adaptation to US countervailing tax policies.
Fifth, ensure supply, do not let energy, electricity, gasoline, food, foodstuffs, raw materials for production, business, and essential goods lack.
Sixth, it is necessary to review schools to ensure "morning, green, clean, beautiful" and prepare well for the opening ceremony of the new school year; increase the sending of doctors to the grassroots to take care of people's health; continue to develop and submit the Politburo's resolutions on health and education.
Seventh, summarize the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide; organize well the groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration of major projects on August 19, 2025 to ensure compliance with regulations (expected about 200 projects).
Eighth, organize well the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security, the parade and march on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
Ninth, fight, prevent, repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, especially drugs and food.
tenth, continue to handle and resolve difficulties and problems for backlogged, prolonged, and wasteful projects, including 3,000 projects related to land, power projects, etc.
Once, issue a decree prioritizing visas for priority subjects such as scientists, businessmen, famous artists... and expand visa incentives to some countries.
Twelve, organize cultural activities well, organize music nights and fireworks in 34 provinces and cities on the occasion of National Day 2.9, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere and creating motivation, inspiration, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people.
Third, localities cleared land for the North-South high-speed railway project, mobilized the entire political system to participate and simultaneously started construction on December 19, 2025.
