On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security Staff Force, I cordially send to all leaders, generals, officers, and non-commissioned officers of the People's Public Security Staff Force through various periods and the families of the comrades the warmest feelings and best wishes.
Over 80 years of construction and growth, with the attention of the Party and State, under the direct direction of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security and the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Public Security Staff force has continuously grown stronger, always absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the People, upholding the spirit of responsibility, dedication, and excellently completing all assigned tasks. With the important contributions of the People's Public Security Staff work, the Party and State's guidelines, policies, and laws on security and order are increasingly perfected, contributing to firmly protecting revolutionary achievements, maintaining the country's position in the world's leading group in security and safety; building a society of order, discipline, safety, and health; building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern People's Public Security force. The great achievements and results of the People's Public Security Staff force have been recognized by the Party, State, Ministry of Public Security and People, and awarded many noble prizes. At the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, the collective of the Ministry of Public Security Office was honored to be awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces. On behalf of the Party and State leaders, I warmly commend and congratulate the feats of arms and achievements that comrades have achieved in the past 80 years.
The entire Party, people, and army are striving to emulate in implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress to bring the country firmly into a new era. Security and order work, besides opportunities and advantages, is also facing many challenges and increasingly high requirements and tasks.
